At Pure Pantry , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are here to help. Please review our return policy below to ensure a smooth return process.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be made within 1-2 days of receiving the item and for ready to eat food there is no return, only refund. Please refer the refund policy.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at originalpurepantry@gmail.com / 6387742711 within 1-2 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
  2. Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
  3. You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. If your return is approved, a refund will be credited to your original payment method within 1 day

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

Refunds may take 1 day to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at originalpurepantry@gmail.com / 6387742711 . Exchanges are subject to availability.

Replacement and Exchange policy
We have 7 day replacement and exchange policy; if the replacement and exchange is accepted, the product will be delivered within 5 days

For fast food there is no replacement and exchange, only refund. For refund please refer refund policy
